Jaime V. Fishman, M.S., ACC (she/her)

Jaime is the owner and founder of Carnelian Coaching, LLC. After teaching neurodiverse students for over 25 years and completing an M.S. degree in Special Education, she trained to become a certified life coach. Jaime is experienced in establishing a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment that inspires clients to gain self-awareness and make lasting changes. 

Her professional passions include early intervention, neurodiversity, and educational equity.

• Masters of Science (M.S.) degree in Special Education, University of North Dakota   
• Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) certified teacher
• Bachelors of Arts (B.A.) degree with Distinction in Special Education, Goucher College 

Jaime was diagnosed with ADHD in her mid-forties. Living with ADHD has made her more empathetic to clients' daily challenges. She uses her personal and professional experience to connect with clients and offer them a balanced approach to coaching.
Outside of work, Jaime enjoys spending time with her family and spoiling her rescue dog, Murphy. She enjoys reading, tending to her plants, and trying new recipes.
