What to expect
Step One
We begin with a free, 45‑minute Zoom consultation.
The purpose of this meeting is to introduce you to Jaime, provide space for you to share your goals and concerns, and review the coaching process in detail.
It is essential that clients understand the core principles of coaching and feel prepared to engage fully in the work.
Depending on the client’s age, we will also discuss the role of parents in supporting their child throughout the coaching process to ensure alignment and clarity from the start.
Step Two
After our initial call, Jaime will follow up by email with a copy of the coaching contract for your review. This step provides an opportunity to ask questions, request clarification, and ensure you feel fully prepared before moving on to Step Three.
Step Three
Congratulations on moving forward with coaching.
To formalize your enrollment, Jaime will send a registration packet through DocuSign, a secure cloud‑based platform. You’ll be able to complete all required forms and sign the coaching agreement electronically.
Once everything is finalized, we can schedule your first session.

The coaching package includes:
- Four monthly sessions, each 30–45 minutes in length
- Unlimited communication via email, text messaging, and phone messages
Sessions are held at the same time each week. Clients are asked to provide at least four hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session.
Services offered virtually and by phone.
In-person meetings may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
